I am a huge fan of the facial cleansing products that Avon has to offer. I have seen great improvements in my skin. I was using clearskin and solutions line until about 2 months ago. These days all of us are trying to make the little money we have stretch as far as possible. Well, at Avon that is very easy to do. Here are my Top Ten things to look for:

1. FREE gift(s) paired with a fragrance purchase. Eternal magic has one; FREE 3-piece gift collection with purchase of just the perfume.
2. NEW products are introduced at special discounted pricing notated by the words, “Buy Now & Save,” however, the discount is only for a limited time.
3. Special incentives. For example, sometimes things like “Create your own gift basket” are offered
4. “Extreme Value”
5. “Lowest Price Ever” / “Lowest Price This Year”
6. “Buy One, Get One”
7. When products are bundled or sold in sets, you’ll find each item’s cost is significantly less than when bought individually.

Do you want to know how to earn $35.00 an hour from Avon? Here is the answer

Here to explain $35.00 and hour.

You talk to 5 friends, family or strangers that want to partner with you for a low start up fee of $10.00

You receive $150.00 per recruit.

If you advance to unit leader within 2 months of your first recruit, you will receive $300.00. If not, you will receive $100.00

That totals to $1,050.

You spend at least 6 hours with your new recruit:

Appointment= 90 minutes

48 hour follow up call= 30 minutes

Training Contract 2= 60 minutes

Training contract 3= 60 minutes

Training Contract 4= 60 minutes

General questions= 60 minutes

So if you spend an average of 6 hours with 5 new recruits that’s 30 hours. Divide the amount of money $1,050/30 hours= $35

There is no limit to this so don’t just stop at 5.

I only came across one product this time around. Avon's Glazewear was featured in the Essence Readers' Choice Beauty awards 2011 which excited me so much that I wanted to share it with you.

How Much Does It Cost to Be An AVON Representative?

Do AVON Representatives Have to Attend Meetings?

No, you are not obliged to attend AVON meetings. However, the meetings are available for those who wish to participate. They are fun, educational and provide a high level of support and help to build your business.  However you are not required to attend any of them

Do You Have to Meet a Sales Quota With AVON?

No, sales quotas are not required with AVON Representatives. Sale $5 or $5,000 the choice is your. As long as you place an order once every 3 campaigns then you are still active. Even if it’s only a $5 order.

Do You Have To Recruit Other Reps?

No, your are not required to recruit other AVON Representatives. However, if you choose to be a leader and build a serious business the you can earn money on a percentage of your downline for 3 generations.
There are four levels of leadership: Unit Leader, Head of Unit, Advanced Unit Leader Senior Executive and Executive. You earn up to 12% of your downline sales.
This can add up very quickly and become very profitable when you build and develop your unit.  In addition to the earnings you earn off your unit, Avon will also pay you upto $150 for each new AVON Representative that joins your team!

Do You Have to Have a Computer to Be an AVON Representative?

No, a computer is not require to be an AVON Representative. A computer is helpful but not necessary! AVON has two methods of orders. Online or by mail. Online is simple and fast, but not required!

How Much Can Your Make As an AVON Representative?

There are no limits to how much you can make as an AVON Representative. The amount of effort you put into selling the product and recruiting other AVON representatives with determine how much money you can make.
